  • Monitor engagement and improve platform features

  • Send updates, reminders, and service-related communications

  • Provide customer support and resolve disputes

  • Comply with legal obligations

  • Enable course creators to communicate with enrolled learners via EduSpark regarding course content, updates, or other relevant offerings – only if you have explicitly opted in. All such messages are sent solely through the platform; your contact details are never shared externally.

  • Analyse aggregated, anonymised data for research and platform improvement

Sharing of Information

We may share information with:

  • Third-party providers supporting our operations (such as payment processors or analytics)

We never sell your personal data to third parties.

Course Creator Communications

With your explicit, separate consent, course creators may communicate with you regarding your enrolled courses and, if you choose, provide updates about other course offerings from that creator.

  • All such communications occur only within the EduSpark platform; your email address or contact details will never be given, exported, or disclosed to creators for their own direct use.

  • Course creators are contractually prohibited from copying or exporting learner contact details.

  • You can update or withdraw your consent at any time via your account settings.

  • Consent for course communications is separate from any consent to receive promotional or marketing messages.

  • All consents and communication logs are retained for audit and compliance while your account is active, and for a limited period thereafter (typically 12 months).
